I've been on a bit of a deep dive into the minds of great coaches recently. Ahead of Israel Adesanya's fight with Blachowicz, I got the chance to sit down with his coach Eugene Bareman, to get to know him in his own right, and understand how he's able to get the most out of his students.

Eugene shares some of the lessons from his upbringing, and why he teaches them to his fighters, why champions need to have absolute tunnel vision for their goals, and stresses the importance and value of being challenged and told you can't do something.
